SLEEP....!!!


you certainly know what sleep is. Sleep is a process that is very important for humans, because sleeping in the recovery process, this process is useful for someone to restore the conditions in the state, so, the body that was experiencing fatigue will become fresh again. when you sleep less, the organs of the body can not work optimally. due to the lack of sleep will be faster and less tired to concentrate. Everyone has time to sleep different, there is a need for about 10 hours, and there is a need about 6 hours, sleep duration of time depends individuals, and that can measure time to sleep we are ourselves. But according to the rules of health, sleep needs for children is 8 to 10 hours, whereas for adults need 6 to 8 hours. you can sleep knowing that time is the condition of the body enough time to sleep up, if you feel fresh after you wake up, it means you have enough sleep, if the body still felt weak when you wake up it means less sleep.
